The conference will gather leading international experts to discuss advances in artificial intelligence, cybernetics, and informatics.

Baku Will Host the 6th International Conference on Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics (PCI 2025)

Baku will become the center of global scientific exchange this summer as it hosts the 6th International Conference on Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics (PCI 2025) on 26–28 August 2025 at the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2006, the conference has been held regularly in Baku with the aim of bringing together representatives from research institutions, universities, international organizations, as well as the public and private sectors, to discuss existing scientific and practical challenges in the fields of cybernetics and informatics.

PCI 2025 will be held in a hybrid format and will feature plenary sessions, keynote speeches, and thematic sections dedicated to a wide range of topics, including:

  • Optimization and optimal control
  • Mathematical modeling, parametric identification, and inverse problems
  • Numerical methods and computational technologies
  • Decision-making in technical and socio-economic systems
  • Modeling and management of oil and gas production, refining, and transportation processes
  • Intelligent systems and decision-making
  • Pattern recognition methods and systems
  • Stochastic and fuzzy decision-making models

Distinguished international speakers from Poland, Italy, Georgia, Germany, Ukraine, Romania, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other countries will join Azerbaijani experts to present their latest research. 

PCI 2025 is organized by the Institute of Control Systems, the Institute of Information TechnologyADA University, the IEEE Azerbaijan COM/C Joint Chapter, the State Examination Center of AzerbaijanEge University (Türkiye), the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics (Ukraine), the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies (Kazakhstan), and the University of Thessaly (Greece).
