Bilkent University Scholarship 2026 in Türkiye (Fully Funded)

Bilkent University's UNAM Institute in Türkiye is offering fully funded scholarships for international students pursuing Master's and PhD programs in Materials Science and Nanotechnology. These scholarships aim to attract exceptional talent to their advanced research programs.

Eligibility 

• Academic Requirements:
  • Minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 in the relevant undergraduate or Master's degree.
• English Proficiency:
  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum 87
  • IELTS: Minimum 6.5 overall, with at least 5.5 in each section
  • Bilkent COPE: Minimum grade of C
• Nationality: Open to international students from all countries
• Additional Requirements:
  • GRE scores may be required for some programs
  • For Turkish citizens residing in Turkey, ALES score may be required

    • Similar benefits to the President Fellowship, including tuition waiver, 46,000 TL/month stipend, health insurance, laptop, and meal card (after PhD qualifier), plus housing discount.
  • MS Students:
    • Tuition waiver, 27,000 TL/month stipend, health insurance, laptop, and housing discount.

• UNAM Scholarship for Young Women:

  • PhD Students:
    • Open to female applicants only.
    • Similar benefits to the above PhD scholarships, including a tuition waiver and 46,000 TL/month stipend.
