As artificial intelligence, clean energy, and digital logistics reshape global industries, the skills needed for the future of work are changing faster than ever. To help young professionals across Europe and Central Asia stay ahead of the curve, UNDP, MEXT Digital Factory, and Hepsiburada (NASDAQ: HEPS) are joining forces to host a three-day, hands-on “Future of Work Academy Skills Sprint” in Istanbul.

Taking place from 20 to 22 November 2025 at the MEXT Digital Factory, the program will bring together innovators, industry experts, and emerging professionals to explore how technology and sustainability are transforming work and production systems.

Participants will

  • Understand how AI, smart manufacturing, and green energy are reshaping industries.
  • Discover cutting-edge innovations in digital commerce and supply chains.
  • Collaborate in team-based sprints to tackle real-world sustainability challenges.
  • Connect directly with leading employers and mentors in Türkiye’s Industry 4.0 ecosystem.

All travel, accommodation, and meals will be fully covered for selected participants, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for all.

The application deadline is 29 October 2025 at 23:59 TRT, and selections will be made on a rolling basis, so early applications are strongly encouraged.
