Global Change Summit on Youth Leadership and Global Impact

The Global Change Summit (GCS) 2.0 is an international gathering for students, young professionals, activists, educators, and changemakers who aspire to make a real difference. Whether you're passionate about climate action, education, innovation, or social impact, GCS 2025 offers a platform to learn, connect, and lead. Following a successful inaugural edition in Casablanca, Morocco, the summit returns in 2025 to Istanbul, Turkey, with increased energy, sharper focus, and a stronger drive for action.

Eligibility

• Age 16–35 years
• Open to students, young professionals, activists, educators, and changemakers
• Interested in climate action, education, innovation, social impact, or related fields
• Must be fluent in English
  • No IELTS or TOEFL are required
• Must be available to attend the entire summit and participate in all sessions

Required Documents

• A completed online application form
• A Motivation letter including a brief statement explaining your interest in the summit and how you plan to contribute to global change
• Updated CV highlighting relevant experiences and achievements
• One letter of recommendation from a mentor, professor, or supervisor

Application Process

1. Complete the online application form available on the official summit website.
2. Upload the required documents as specified in the application guidelines.
3. Applications will be reviewed, and selected candidates will be notified via email.
   1. • For Forum Access and Self-Funded categories, there is no evaluation process, and applicants usually receive a response within 2–3 working days after successfully submitting their application.
      • For Fully Funded applications, an evaluation process is conducted, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted after the application deadline.
4. Selected participants must confirm their attendance and provide necessary travel details.
