KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program 2025 (Fully Funded)

The KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program 2025 is a fully funded, 8-month cultural and academic exchange program organized by the Government of Türkiye. It offers international public officials, academicians, and researchers the chance to enhance their understanding of Turkish language, culture, and institutions.

This on-site program will take place in Ankara, Turkey from November 2025 to July 2026. Participants will receive a monthly stipend, language training, accommodation, round-trip airfare, and access to various cultural activities and professional development opportunities.

The program is ideal for individuals in government or academia who want to engage with Türkiye’s public and academic institutions in a structured, immersive setting.

Eligibility:

Who can apply:

• Public officials with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Academicians and researchers employed at a university or research center

General Requirements:

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Be under the age of 40 (for academics/researchers)
• English proficiency is required
• Must not be residing in Türkiye
• Must not be benefiting from other Türkiye scholarships
