Eligibility

  • Open to applicants of all nationalities
  • Must hold or be near completion of a Master’s degree in a relevant field:
    • Computational Biology

Required Documents

  • Online Application Form
    • Includes personal data, academic background, scientific interests, research experience, publications (if any), and a motivation statement.
  • Educational Qualifications
    • For European applicants (including Italy): Submit Diploma Supplements for both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
    • For non-European applicants: Submit Transcripts of academic records.
    • If the Master’s degree is pending: Submit
      • Bachelor’s diploma/transcript
      • Certification listing Master’s-level exams taken, with grades and credits
  • Two Reference Letters
    • Must be submitted through the online referee system.
    • The applicant provides referees’ email addresses (with their consent), and they receive a link to upload the letters.
    • This form can be submitted before the main application—early submission is encouraged.

Important Information: 

  • All documents must be in PDF or DOC format (max 2 MB) and uploaded through the application form. Emails are not accepted.
  • The application is only complete when:
    • Both reference letters are submitted
    • All required documents are uploaded
  • Applicants may only apply once. Duplicate applications will be automatically rejected.
  • Make sure your documents are fully uploaded before the deadline—incomplete or emailed documents will be discarded.
