Application Process
- Apply for a UT Master’s program and obtain (conditional) admission and a student number.
- Register via Studielink
Begin your application through the Studielink portal, the Dutch national application system. This is mandatory for all applicants, regardless of nationality. - Submit Required Documents
After registering in Studielink, you'll receive instructions to upload necessary documents in the university's OSIRIS application portal. Ensure all documents are submitted before the deadline. - Pay the Application Fee
Applicants with a non-Dutch diploma are required to pay a non-refundable application fee. - Receive Conditional Admission
Upon review of your application, UT will provide conditional admission if you meet the program's requirements. - Obtain Student Number
After acceptance, you'll receive a student number, which is necessary for applying for the scholarship.

- Submit a separate scholarship application via the university’s online portal using your student number.
- Ensure all required documents are uploaded.
- Applications are reviewed by academic committees; selection is competitive.
